Leadwork we carry out
We fit new flashings, soakers, back gutters and aprons around chimneys and abutments, line valleys, form dormer cheeks and roofs, and install lead flat roofs with correct rolls, drips and welts. We use milled lead to British standards, typically Code 4 for flashings and Code 5 or higher for flat areas and gutters.
Where lead theft is a risk, we can use alternative lead substitutes and security measures. We always explain the options and the trade-offs.
