What our inspection covers
We check roof coverings, ridge and hip details, valleys, verges, flashings, chimneys, vents, fascias, gutters and downpipes, and look for signs of movement or deterioration. In the loft we look at timbers, underlay, insulation, ventilation, signs of leaks and any pest activity.
You receive a photographic report in plain English: what is fine, what needs attention and how urgent each item is. Where repairs are needed, we can provide a free written quote, but you are under no obligation to use us.
