How an EPDM roof is installed
We prepare the deck, lay insulation if specified and bond the membrane to the deck with adhesive or fix it in other approved ways. We cut and fit around corners, upstands and outlets with factory-formed accessories and seam tapes, and finish edges with metal or plastic trims.
A neat finish matters on EPDM because the sheet is thin and exposed. We take care with corners and details and make sure the roof falls correctly to the drain.
