How we repair flat roofs
For felt, we cut out damaged areas, dry the deck and fit new reinforced layers with proper laps. For GRP, we grind back and re-laminate the damaged area with a new topcoat. For EPDM, we fit patch or replacement membrane with the correct adhesives and tapes. Failed flashings and edge trims are replaced and outlets cleared or renewed.
We also look for the reason the roof failed: poor falls, trapped water, blocked outlets or structural movement. If the repair would only be a short-term fix, we say so and give you the alternatives.
